Primarily in claim staking, mineral property acquisitions and transactions, financing efforts, and project management. Kurt has been a founder or co-founder of several mining companies serving as an officer, director and CEO. He is highly experienced in the identification and acquisitions of mineral properties, venture capital raising, transitioning private companies to publicly traded companies, due diligence management and procedures for mergers and acquisitions of both private and public companies and extensive experience in all aspects of investor relations. Land Management skills include all aspects of natural resource property acquisitions and management, including property sales and joint ventures, supervising and participating in due diligence efforts on acquisitions and divestitures of mining properties. Extensive experience with drafting and negotiating various types of land related agreements. Supervised and participated in the communication with various federal and state agency personnel. Extensive knowledge and experience with Superfund sites and CERCLA.
