This transcript analysis allows us to see if there are any open investigations on you, determines where you are in the collection process and allows us to obtain a collection hold to protect your paycheck and bank account from seizure.
Compliance
In order to be able to work with the IRS on any type of resolution, you must be incompliance with all unfiled returns for the previous 3 years. We can help you get these tax returns prepared and filed.
Resolution:
After we have you in compliance with the IRS, we can then start to work on a resolution to your tax problems. There are several methods of resolution, including Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreement, Partial Pay Installment Agreement, or Currently not Collectible. We will also be able to work on getting a penalty abatement in many cases.
