My journey with herbs began out of necessity and became a lifelong conversation with the earth.
Years ago, I faced cycles that left me exhausted and discomfort that left me struggling some days to weeks at a time.\u00a0 Like many, conventional options no longer worked.\u00a0 A whisper led me to nature’s herbal traditions.\u00a0 Slowly, my body began to find its rhythm again.\u00a0 When things like pelvic discomfort, urgency and body aches disrupted my life, herbs helped my body find its natural rhythm. Plants are gentle and powerful. The grounding presence brought me back to life.
For nearly six years, I\u2019ve deepened this relationship: studying at The Herbal Academy, crafting blends for loved ones, and witnessing how herbs nourish where other approaches faltered. Like the moon, our bodies have cycles. Herbs help us flow with them.
