He/she will be assigned to a steward, who will take him/her through discipleship class, water baptism, Holy Spirit baptism, deliverance etc. There will be a special three-month course for disciples.

ABOUT US
MINISTERS & MISSIONARIES
From stewardship the person will start the minister's course. The ministers' course will be level 200 of the WatcherX School of Ministry. After the course, there will be an exam and interview. Those who are deemed qualified will be issued with a Ministers Certificate. From there, the person can be assigned duties in the church: ushering, choir, teaching Sunday school, teaching at Bible studies, etc. Outside the parameters of the church walls, some will be assigned to lead the evangelist outreaches. Teaching the gospel of Jesus from every house to every street and sharing of the saving grace of God. Those who will be sent out to preach will be given the designation Missionaries.
OUR CHURCH COMMUNITY
From discipleship, the individual will start the stewardship course. The stewards' course is the 6 courses of the Level 100 of the WatcherX School of Ministry. After the course, there will be exams and interviews. Members who are deemed qualified will be assigned the status of Stewards. They will be given a steward's certificate. From that time, they can start being responsible for others.
Our Church Group
OVERSEERS
The work of an overseer will be to oversee a group. Ministers and missionaries are the ones who are qualified to take the work of an overseer. They will be required to go through the Level 300 courses of the WatcherX School of Ministry. After the course, they will take an exam and go for an interview. There will be an official consecration and release ceremony where they are released from their mother churches to start branches or even Churches. Those who might be in schools will qualify to lead the campus ministries and oversee them. There will be an overseer's council made up of all the overseers. They will have leaders, and they will have their meetings. Overseers can also be assigned to head small churches or temporally lead big churches which do not have a fivefold ministry office holder.

Monday: On this day, the members of the church shall be encouraged to spend time with their families. A special day for all family members to bond and discuss family affairs.
Tuesday: Tuesdays shall be a tentative Bible study for the entire congregation, which is to be held in the larger and most accommodating space possible.
Wednesday: On this day, there shall be a morning prayer service. On the evening on this day, various categories of classes shall be held to teach each follower of Jesus the doctrines/teachings of the faith. All forms of classes will meet on this day.
