REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL OF CHURCHES (GLOBAL)
This is made of a leader of a local church and 2 members of his/her church council rotatively. They shall represent in meetings of the global summit, which the pastors shall bring with him/her these leaders into the global summit. Their task is to learn the culture of the headquarters and communicate their fellowship with the local church. This is not a hierarchical position, but an event that will be conducted accordingly. At least 2 years interval, and the duration of the meeting shall be a minimum of 1 week.
Ministry
APOSTOLIC COUNCIL:
This is made up of the main leaders of the ministry. Some of the founding pastors as well as those who will rise through the ranks to that level. Admission to the Apostolic council will be through a series of processes. People who have distinguished themselves in ministry with over 30 branches can qualify to be admitted. There is however another criterion. 1Tim 3 will be applied. Persons who have gone through divorce and remarriage will not be accepted into the Apostolic council. The Apostolic council members’ spouses shall not be members of the Apostolic council. These and other criteria as set forth in the WatcherX Tabernacle Chaple’s handbook will be applied.
