While Longtab currently operates on a direct-pay model and does not bill insurance, your information may still be used internally to support financial transactions and clinic management.

We may also use or disclose your information to support public health activities, including disease prevention, injury reporting, and responding to threats to health and safety. In certain cases, we may be required by law to disclose your information to authorities such as health departments or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
