HAYAH is a prophetic expression drawn from the Hebrew word הָיָה (Hayah), meaning “to be, to exist, to become, and to come into manifestation.” It is a word deeply rooted in Divine activity, revealing God as the One who not only is, but who causes things to be.
From the very beginning, in Genesis, creation itself responded to the voice of God, what He spoke became. This is the essence of Hayah: the Divine ability to bring into existence that which was not, and to transform what is into what God has ordained it to be. This same revelation is echoed in Exodus 3:14, where God reveals Himself as “I AM”, the Self-Existent One, the Eternal Source, and the God of manifestation.
Hayah International Ministries Inc. is therefore raised as a Divine commission to embody and proclaim this reality, to be a vessel through which the purposes of God are not only declared but birthed into manifestation.
Our Mandate
We are called to:
- Awaken identity; bringing men into the revelation of who they are in Christ.
- Facilitate transformation, moving lives from potential into Divine manifestation.
- Establish God’s purposes, seeing His will become reality in individuals, families, and territories.
- Demonstrate the power of God’s Word, where what is spoken by God becomes tangible and evident.
Our Commission
As a prophetic and apostolic ministry, Hayah International Ministries exists to bridge the gap between promise and manifestation. We believe that:
What God has spoken must not remain in the realm of prophecy, it must become.
Through the ministry of the Word, prayer, and the operation of the Holy Spirit, we are committed to raising a people who:
Live in the consciousness of divine possibility

Manifest the life and nature of Christ on earth

1. Vision Statement:
THE BRIDGE exists to connect, equip, empower, and deploy ministers of the Gospel
across nations, bridging generations, graces, callings, territories, and assignments for
the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
2. Mission Statement:
To provide a unified apostolic platform that strengthens ministers through leadership
training, spiritual empowerment, global ministerial exposure, and coordinated
missions, while fostering sustained unity within the Body of Christ.

1. Apostolic Unity & Kingdom Alignment
• To build a non-denominational apostolic bridge that fosters oneness of purpose
among ministers.
• To break isolation among ministers and strengthen collaborative Kingdom
assignments.
• To promote doctrinal soundness, spiritual accountability, and mutual honor within
the Body of Christ.
2. International Ministerial Opportunities
• To create global ministerial platforms for members through:
• International conferences and summits
• Cross-border pulpit exchanges
• Global prayer and revival gatherings
• To facilitate ministerial exposure and partnerships across Africa, Europe, the
Americas, and Asia.
• To position ministers for international missions, invitations, and Kingdom
collaborations.
3. Apostolic Leadership Training
• To raise governed apostolic leaders who understand:

• Apostolic doctrine and spiritual jurisdiction

• To strengthen ministers spiritually to withstand pressure, persecution, and fatigue.
