By accessing or using Wholistic Blends (“we,” “us,” or “our”) website, services, or products, you (“you” or “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You must be 18+ to use this site or purchase products.
– Prohibited conduct:
– Illegal activity, fraud, or harassment.
– Reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting site functionality.
– Misrepresenting affiliation with Wholistic Blends.

2. Product Information & Pricing
– Product descriptions, images, and effects are for informational purposes; we do not guarantee accuracy.
– Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or correct pricing errors (even after order confirmation).

3. Orders & Payment
– Orders are not binding until shipped. We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory issues).

4. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders processed within 3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).

– Disputes: You agree to first attempt good-faith negotiations for 30 days before pursuing legal action.
– Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Comal, Texas (waiving jury trial rights).
